We provide a considerable range of services from take-on to preparation for sale, with a particular focus on asset / property managers, financial institutions, receivers and multi-unit landlords.
Securing Property – We have an affiliated fully licensed locksmith service that covers all counties. Our take-on teams are very experienced at identifying the property (review of folio, maps etc.) assessing risk and ultimately securing the property. We provide a comprehensive report that can include recommended works for let or sell strategies. The removal of combustibles, drain down, isolation of utilities and securing of the property, are all standard and can be altered in line with the clients insurance requirements. We also cater for emergency recoveries within 24 hours.
Property Assessment – Dictated by the clients’ requirements we can provide a comprehensive review of works required to facilitate a sale. Whether an auction or private treaty we have the experience to know what is required depending on the circumstances. Equally for refurbishment programmes, we are cognisant of the asset type, location & potential income and alter our recommendations accordingly.
Preparing for Sale (clean & clear and staging) – PPM again are covered nationwide for clean & clears and handle large volumes for auction preparation. More so, for Private Treaty sales we also provide a comprehensive Stages Service for assets that range from standard to luxurious. Refurbishment or fit-out – PPM have completed over 260 full fit-outs nationwide in the past 12 months. Our services ranges from general preparation for let to complete refurbishments of single and multi-unit (purpose built or pre-63) assets. Our innovative designs are both modern, economical and conform to the minimum housing standards. For larger refurbishment programmes we have our own Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers or work closely with a client’s project team. (See case study)
Insurance vacancy inspections – PPM have a nationwide property insurance inspection service that caters for individual portfolio insurance requirements. Whether every week or every month our inspections ensure you conform to your insurance obligations and highlight any issues with the assets that occurs.
Occupancy Checks – We have a strong understanding of approaching and engaging with properties, owners and tenants. We can hand deliver letters or engage with tenants and carry out bi-annual checks and inspections for let properties
